PEAI Strategy & Valuation

Presents the case to make an AI investment in a portfolio company by identifying and valuing the AI value drivers that make up the company’s AI strategy. From this the return on the AI investment is calculated based on the product/service, operations and revenue model initiatives to focus on.

Deliverable: PEAI Investment Thesis.

If greenlit, the PEAI Investment Thesis is the starting point of the PEAI Value Creation Planning service.

PEAI Value Planning

Outlines AI value creation workstreams by breaking down the AIs to be developed into their associated product/service, operational and revenue model initiatives required to deliver them. Workstreams are packaged within a growth/business/operations plan to ensure the PEAI Investment Thesis is successful.

Deliverable: PEAI Value Creation Plan.

If greenlit, the PEAI Value Creation Plan is the starting point of the PEAI Execution Planning service.

PEAI Execution Planning

Scopes the value creation plan to define specific development needs. An internal AI readiness assessment is conducted leading to the creation of internal and external requirement docs, the latter packaged into an RFP. Together they ensure a seamless handoff from strategy to execution.

Deliverable: PEAI Execution Plan

If greenlit, the PEAI Execution Plan is used to guide internal resources and hire external resources to execute the AI strategy.

PEAI Execution

Lead RFP process to hire external dev partners.  Oversee internal and external AI development teams to ensure the work remains strategically aligned, on schedule and on budget throughout development, testing and deployment.

Develop AI strategies and find portfolio companies that can be made more valuable with AI.

PEAI Strategy Workshop
